You Can increase your pc slow speed to fast speed in window 7. We're just go to adjust quality of your pc CPU that have Ram And Time out.
How to :
Go To Start -> Run -> msconfig ->It'll show you below
Go To Tab boot -> time out-> Please Limite its to small amount in Second And tick on no GUI boot. If You want to close Tab Default , Then You can click on button Advanced option For Limite CPU and Ram Amount.
On Number of Processors you can limite amount that you want PC boot and Maximum Memory and Ram.
